WAREHOUSE SALE

Our standard shipping fee for all orders in the US is $9.99. Orders placed using the standard method will be processed in 2-5 business days, and when they have shipped they typically take 3-6 business days to arrive.
Orders placed with a value of $150 or more qualify for free standard shipping. If your order includes a discount code, the order amount must be $150+ after the code. Free shipping will not be applied to any orders placed during Warehouse Sale, or flash sales with discounts 50% or higher. Shipping rates for returns still apply.
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12:00pm CST will be processed that day. Orders placed after 12:00pm CST will be processed the next business day. All expedited shipping orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed the following business day. 

Expedited shipping in the US ships in 1-2 business days.
We offer free local pickup for our DFW customers! Please select LOCAL PICKUP as your delivery option at checkout. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup with instructions. 

Local pickup hours are Monday-Friday 9:30am-3:30pm. 

Orders placed on Friday after 12pm will not be processed until Monday as our warehouse is closed Saturday & Sundays. We are also closed on all major holidays.
All items placed under preorder will ship as one shipment as soon as we receive the inventory at our warehouse! This time will vary from product to product, and the estimated shipping date is listed in the product description.

Orders containing preorder items can only be split into two shipments for an additional shipping cost. International orders cannot be split into two seperate shipments, and will be shipped when the entire order is ready.
Warehouse Sales orders will be processed between 10-15 business days. We do not offer free shipping for any Warehouse Sale orders. All Warehouse Sale ordrers are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
SHIPPING PROCESS
At The Impeccable Pig, we work to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. All of our orders will be processed in between 2-5 business days, excluding orders placed during Warehouse Sale. Warehouse Sale orders are expected to process within 10-15 business days, depending on the volume of orders wee receieve in the sale. Please note we are closed on weeekends and major US holidays.

Once your order is processed, it is picked up by USPS at the end of each business day. From the time your order is picked up, we expected it to be delivered within 3-6 business days depending on your location and season of year. Please note that orders placed around major holidays occasionally take longer to ship. Although USPS has provided this time frame, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.

LOST + STOLEN ORDERS

Once a package is picked up from our warehouse, it becomes the responsibility of USPS. USPS occasionally marks packages as delivered earlier than the actual delivery, so if you do not see your package we recommend waiting 1-3 business days to see if a late arrival occurs. If you are still unable to locate your package and believe it has been lost by the mail service, there are two options for resolving the issue!

If you do not have Route Package Protection, we recommend filing a claim with your local post office to determine the location of your lost package.
DAMAGED ORDERS

We ensure that all of our orders leave our warehouse packaged with quality and care. Once a package is picked up from our warehouse, it becomes the responsibility of USPS. If you recieved a package that was damaged in the mail, you have to options to resolve this issue!

If you have Route Package Protection, file a claim here to find out more details about being compensated for your damage.

If you do not have Route Package Protection, we recommend filing a claim with your local post office to determine how they can help resolve your issue.
UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

If the address you provided is incorrect and/or unable to be delivered, the customer is responsible for any additional postage needed. An additional flat rate of $9.99 will be charged to the customer to re-deliver any order that was placed with an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address. 
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We currently ship international orders to Canada, Mexico, and the U.K.

USPS First Class Package International
First Class Package International orders are usually delivered within 7-21 business days. Orders confirmed before 12:00 PM CST will be processed the same day. Orders confirmed after 12:00 PM CST will be processed the following business day. Cost of shipping is calculated based on weight and destination.

USPS Priority Mail International
Priority Mail International orders are usually delivered within 6-10 business days. Orders confirmed before 12:00 PM CST will be processed the same day. Orders confirmed after 12:00 PM CST will be processed the following business day. Cost of shipping is calculated based on weight and destination.

USPS Priority Mail Express International
Priority Mail Express International orders are usually delivered within 3-5 business days. Orders confirmed before 12:00 PM CST will be processed the same day. Orders confirmed after 12:00 PM CST will be processed the following business day. Cost of shipping is calculated based on weight and destination.

Duties & Taxes
The Impeccable Pig does not pay any customs, duties, or taxes of any kind on international orders. Countries may or may not assess a fee for your order entering the country. Customers are responsible for covering these duties and taxes. If you use a discount code on your order, you will be charged duties and taxes on the original price of the items.
